Because we will be promoting your firm/organization on our web site, in our promotional emails and on our Facebook Fan Page and LinkedIn Group Page no refunds will be given for cancellations. In the event of bad weather, viral infection or if the Forum is cancelled, neither the Southern Waste Information Exchange nor the Florida Department of Environmental Protection are responsible for nonrefundable travel fares or lodging, nor will we issue refunds for registrations, sponsorships, event activities or any associated fees.
