Consumer Data Privacy Rights:

Contact information of Forum registrants will be made available to all attendees.  If you do not want your contact info released please contact Gene Jones at gene@swixusa.org to opt out.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cannot attend, written notification must be received at least 10 working days prior to the forum.  You may either send a substitute  or receive a refund minus a $25.00 processing fee if your request is  received before the 10 day period.  No refunds will be granted after the  10-day period for any reason.  In the event of bad  weather, viral infection or if the Forum is cancelled, neither the Southern Waste Information eXchange nor the Florida Department of Environmental Protection are responsible for nonrefundable travel fares or lodging, nor will they issue refunds for registrations, sponsorships, event activities or any associated fees.
